Unfortunately, the company fails to value the time and effort candidates put in the process. With failure to meet its deadlines continuously, I also lost trust in the words. Thrice I was given a deadline for results, and thrice it was not met. When finally the results were announced, I received an automated email (after 2 rounds) without any feedback (post waiting for 2 months approx.). It seems like the company was buying time until it found a candidate more suitable, which is extremely unprofessional. Even after rejection post 1-round, more professional firms tend to invest time in sharing feedback with the candidates.
A recruitment process is not only about the candidate positioning themselves for the company, but also for candidates to evaluate the company itself before they join. From my experience, SKP fails to recognize this.
