2 round process with 2 interviews for each round. First round - 1 interview with 2 consultants, 2 interview with Manager. Second round - 2 interviews with one Director. Though but not very hard process.
Step 1 is a cognitive reasoning test, Step 2 and 3 are 2 video conference interviews and then step 4 is 4 more in person interviews with leaders of the office and division you are applying for
