Première sélection sur CV, puis on passe un "Online Assessment" qui consiste en une suite de tests logiques depuis son ordinateur personnel (les compétences en mathématiques, logique et business sont testées). Ensuite j'ai été invitée à une demi-journée d'entretiens au cours de laquelle j'ai passé 2 entretiens avec des consultants de niveau consultant et directeur.

Musste jeweils eine Präsentation vorbereiten. Eine über eine Marketingstrategie und eine warum man sich für SKP entschieden hat.

Der gesamte Prozess lief sehr einfach und transparent. Die Gesprächspartner waren sehr nett & man konnte alle Fragen stellen. Cases waren herausfordernd, aber mit Vorbereitung gut machbar. Sehr angenehm war die zeitige Rückmeldung nach dem letzten Interview.
