Passed the first interview, failed the second interview. The recruiter was on a hurry to hire someone and the process finished just ten days after I had submitted my application.

Question 1
1st interview: I did not expect it because it happened in the very first call. The interview had two parts, the first part was to test my creativity, I had to provide as many number of ideas to solve a specific daily problem. The second part, I had to estimate the price that should be assigned to a service provided by a Start-up. It lasted a total of 50 minutes.
2nd interview: The first interviewer asked me about my experience. Then he asked me to solve a business case (identify why a company was losing revenue, interpret graphs, etc.). The second interviewer gave me more graphs to interpret and one math problem to solve. The interview lasted 2 hours.
Zwei Interviews direkt hintereinander für jeweils 1h.
Musste jeweils eine Präsentation vorbereiten. Eine über eine Marketingstrategie und eine warum man sich für SKP entschieden hat.

1 primo colloquio con l'HR, seguito da tre successivi colloqui tecnici, in cui è stato svolto un Business Case con associate, manager e senior manager. Il processo rispecchia lo standard di altri colloqui, casi nella media come difficoltà

Der gesamte Prozess lief sehr einfach und transparent. Die Gesprächspartner waren sehr nett & man konnte alle Fragen stellen. Cases waren herausfordernd, aber mit Vorbereitung gut machbar. Sehr angenehm war die zeitige Rückmeldung nach dem letzten Interview.
