After a first talk with HR, a 45-minutes video-call interview that included a live-coding exercise. The interviewer told me that the most important is to write clean code and algorithm that's easy to read. Explicitly said that the code "doesn't need to compile". He later even said that it doesn't matter if it has bugs. I got a negative answer and when I asked for feedback, they told me that the code had bugs.
