Applied online and was compensated appropriately for a take home coding exercise - this took 3-4 hours to complete. The next step was to respond to a list of questions that were relating to salary expectations, start date, remote work, etc. The next and final step would have been an interview with a panel of leaders at the company, but I received another job offer before this step and ended the process here. They were transparent about salary range based on their review of the coding exercise which I greatly appreciated.
