Seems positive at first, but their entire business model is a literal pyramid scheme. I do not recommend wasting your time with them, and did not see the benefits of working with them.

Question 1
The only questions they asked were about what motivates you and why they should hire you. Nothing of substance was asked.
The first round of the interview process made this job seem normal, and manageable. The second round, via Zoom, made me realize this was a pyramid scheme. Everything they mention is completely in-line with every red flag of a pyramid scheme.

Entretien
Everyone I spoke with was extremely kind and the process overall was very quick and easy. I was given details about the job and responsibilities as well as the salary.
