I had applied online for this job. Interview was not very hard. They just check out for good communication skills and that's it. A grammar test with 50 MCQ's. Listening test. In this test , They give you audio to listen it was in US accent and then after listening it carefully we have to answer 10 MCQ's based on it. Then they will train you 1 week for US accent and final day of that week they will test for the same.

The interview was conducted at afternoon between 12.00 pm to 2.00 pm IST. Walk in interview with the HR. Written grammer test. US accent hearing recognition test. Basic hiring questions related to a BPO.
