I recently interviewed with Signzy and, while I appreciate the opportunity, I had a disappointing experience during the system design interview (Round 3). The interviewer maintained a tone that was not welcoming or collaborative. I was frequently interrupted while explaining my thought process, making it difficult to clearly communicate my ideas. Even when I was heading in the right direction, the interviewer often deviated the discussion, creating a hostile and uncomfortable environment. At times, when I presented correct approaches, it felt like the conversation became more about ego rather than working together to assess problem-solving skills. A more encouraging, respectful, and candidate-friendly approach would really help improve the experience. Interviews should ideally evaluate skills while also giving candidates a fair chance to express their ideas without unnecessary pressure. I hope the company takes this feedback into account to enhance their interview process.

It's a 3 round interview where in the first round you'll be facing an experienced Full Stack Developer. Then if you pass you'll be selected for another Technical round where you will face an Engineering Manager. Then last round would be the CTO round.
