The process began with a quick intake interview over the phone to collect more detail about my resume. The first proper interview was over video chat and was conducted by the individual who I would have reported to. I was then moved forward into a second video, also conducted over video chat, with three other members of his team. Communication stopped at that point and they were non-responsive to inquiries.

I went through a screening and two interviews, one with the team and one with the individual who would have been my direct supervisor. I did not hear back from them at any point or receive a formal rejection. They never responded to emails requesting status updates.
