The interview process was unorganized from the beginning. The recruiter reached out to set up time to schedule a phone call the following week, and a response was sent soon after. She didn't respond until a week later after a follow-up email on my behalf. I went through 3 rounds of interviews with the department and have yet to receive a follow-up a month and a half later. It's very unfortunate that employers continue to waste applicants' time.
