A little hectic after the first interview, scheduling of follow up interviews all seemed to be squeezed in at the last second. Not the end of the world but hard to be respectful of your current employer without clear communication in regards to interview scheduling.
Mid way through my interview the position offered to me changed slightly . Not a downgrade but not expected.
Thank you for sharing your experience. The process has improved since 2022 and we have even implemented a recruiting platform to track the experience. Although two weeks isn't too bad, we can always improve.
