I was interviewed three times. All interviews went smoothly even though I had to travel to a different location to the last interview. I got an job offer a day after the last interview. From first contact to the job offer the process took about 2 months.

Entretien
I applied online on the CRF Careers platform a few weeks before actually starting the interview process. Once started, the recruitment process went smoothly and I appreciated the speed and clarity of the procedure. The entire activity consisted of 2 interviews that drilled into my experience, management style, mindset and goals. After the interview, the recruiter provided extensive feedback on the criteria they used for the selection and the strong points that I presented - something that for me had a very positive impact as very few companies take the time to do that in these early stages. The recruiter was very professional and had a great and welcoming attitude. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
