The whole process of even getting an interview is very long. First you record videos where you answer very simple questions about motivation etc. Then they sent me a task, and after that there was a final interview. It lasted 1 hour and was actually a nice experience. I was interviewed by Global TA head and global SMM. It was not hard, there was no pressure at all.
