Job was posted in internal job search system. Printed the ad, called the hiring manager to show interested then applied via the system. Went and visited the hiring manager before he had a chance to look at my application and handed him my printed resume and we small talked. I told him that there is nothing on his request list that I don't know or cannot learn, what he can expect from me and that I aspire to get trained in additional fields. Got the job that minute.

HR and technical review at the same time average difficult, staff were nice and ran you through the interview process. I received interview feedback after a couple of weeks that was constructive

Multi-stage process:
1. Online applications few months before (relatively quick)
2. Video interview a few months before (15-30 minutes, adding another 30 minutes for preparation)
3. Written assessments a month before (half a day; mine was in the morning and lasted until lunch)
4. Assessment day, with an observed group discussion, group presentation and individual interviews with a panel (almost a full day, with the ending time depending on the interview order)
