The interview process at Siemens started with me submitting my application online. Shortly after, I received a call from HR for an initial screening where we talked about my experience and why I was interested in the role. After that, I was invited to a technical interview where they tested my skills through a mix of problem-solving questions and scenario-based challenges. Finally, there was a more in-depth interview where I got to meet with the team, and they focused on how well I’d fit with the company culture and their values.

Coding test- Simple not so hard
Technical interview- Simple questions on resume based and kinda HR Questions like where do u see yourself in the next 5 years.
HR Round- Location preferences, Family etc.

Since am from Ai background they asked me about a few ML algorithms which were simple ones and not so hard based on regression and different types

There were multiple rounds, which included psychometric testing, video interviews, and an assessment centre. The final stage was the assessment centre, which was a well-run day. Overall, I thought it was a smooth process and was made easy by the team.

It was thé. Worst interview i. Had. In my life ,they give. U only few. Seconds to answer. And they. Answer. In. Ur place. And. They Ask you about everything. They. Dont. Care. If. U studied maths they will Ask u a. Lot. Of question. Liké. U. Should bé.like. Study thé. Whole program. And thé interview. Was. Planned. For 1h but. They spent with me. 2. Hours. And. They. Are. Some. Logical questions also and. Physics.
