J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Siemens (Northampton, Angleterre) en avr. 2014
Entretien
I had filled out some competency questions, then I was invited to online testing, followed by a phone interview with HR, assessment centre then interview with manager and HR. The face interview was friendly and relaxed, they also went through my CV and asked me about my experience.

Question 1
Why do you want to work at Siemens?
Have you ever had to work with someone that you haven't got along with before and how did you handle it?
Even though the process itself takes longer than ususal, I think the interview process is pretty straight forward, although i do not prefer the pre recorded introduction part as it cancels out the conversation of EDI from the start. Other than that its good. (I did not get selected for this role, but went through the interview phase)

Question 1
What do you think are your strengths and weaknesses?
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Siemens (North Andover, MA)
Entretien
The process was supposed to consist of 3-4 rounds in total. I made it through two rounds. The Talent Acquisition professional was pleasant to deal with, but a bit slow to respond. The second interviewer was not a skilled interviewer and did not provide great guidance during the conversation. I walked away uneducated about the role responsibilities and the systems that the organization uses.
