J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Siemens
Entretien
Very long, tedious, and inefficient interview process. Applied online then radio silence for two months. Then I get a video interview, followed by another month of silence. Phone interview, then nothing. Suddenly, they call me for an onsite. Everything goes great, and the hiring manager says I'm top candidate. I'm lacking in some experience they would prefer, but he says I seem like a sharp, fast learner so it should be no problem.
Then I get another onsite... this time with a different panel, which I'm told is almost just a formality since they already want me. Some people are late, other guy comes and goes throughout the interview. The interviewing lead asks if I have experience mentioned above, which shows 1) He didn't bother with my resume 2) The hiring manager didn't share information about my experience and 3) I'm 4 months into the interview process and they don't even know what other questions to ask.
I mention I personally haven't done it before, but I've assisted those who do, so I have a general overview. And that's when everything nosedived. The guy wasn't interested in continuing the interview so he kept checking his phone throughout.
A few days later I get the "thanks but no thanks" e-mail.

Question 1
what's your biggest challenge during your last job
was very difficult to answer questions not related to the field and very stereotipical ones about some failures, future vision and soft and hard skills, education, expectations etc. I think there should be more practical questions
