First, you get a phone interview to see if you meet the minimum qualifications. Afterwards you get a face to face with your immediate supervisor. They ask you the standard questions, you give the standard answers and then you get the standard, "We'll call you if we want you closing". Afterwards you get a call from that supervisor's supervisor and a"Welcome Aboard!!" If they like you as well
