As far as .Net technology is concerned, there are multiple opportunities. The interview process is also neither too complex nor simple. It is more practical. No Hacker rank coding rounds. Given some code samples and asked some possible ways to optimize it.

Started with telephonic technical screening interview, followed by two technical rounds. Then there was one techno-managerial round. Finally the HR interview and salary negotiations.
The questions in technical rounds were design and platform/API design related, about building frameworks from scratch rather than using frameworks
