The Process from application to decision was almost 4 months. initial zoom interview, followed by a face-to-face technical interview. Technical interview was 2 hours and included a presentation. Questions were mainly based around the presentation subject. overall interview process was good. The second interview was booked within a week of finding out I was successful after the first stage. It took 6 weeks for a decision to be made after the technical interview. With little correspondence in between. It was later disclosed they were interviewing people up to 5 weeks after mine. So a really negative experience in that sense.

The interview process was quite nice, but slow. I spent 5 months in interviews with HH, HR business partner, hiring manager and german manager and HR. All the people I talked to during the interview process were very kind and respectfull.
