Easy and nice. They were willing to find someone that was able to relocate for several months in a project. Also, they wanted someone to start right away. I liked it.

I received an email from the Hiring Manager and got interview with the HR and Engineer Manager. The question were not that difficult as they want to check if your good fit for this role as they are investing on you.

3 phones calls. First with HR, second with manager, third with a team of managers and peers. Technical questions mostly with manager, various q and a in the last interview. Not great communication between interviews. Described a sense of urgency then failed to follow up for weeks, despite progressing to final round.
