The interview process consisted of one on campus interview with two managers. They were very pleasant and asked general, behavioral questions. They did ask one basic accounting question about cost based accounting, but it was not confusing whatsoever. Come in relaxed and ready to answer questions casually. Also, make sure to know all aspects of your resume.

Entretien
It was a pretty smooth interview process. I had a 1:1 for first round and then had a superday for the second round. There was a case study and 3 interviews. Case study was more challenging than expected, but interviews were not too bad.

The interview process consisted of an on campus first round and then a super day at a major Siemens office in Alpharetta, GA. First round had a few technical questions but nothing bad. Super day was 3 interviews and then a group case study and presentation. Surprisingly, I was only asked behavioral questions during the super day but some other people I spoke with said they had some technicals.

On campus one-on-one interview followed by a two day event at the headquarters. First day is just a mixer in the evening, and the second day is 3 interviews with various executives and a group case study and presentation.
