It was a difficult interview with technical and psychological questions. First i had an email to confirm the interview. After that we had a Skype call. Next they asked to come in person for the interview. It was not so difficult this part. After the 1 : 1 interview i received an offer. I declined because it was not what i was applied.

Online Application. One Week later interview with Human Resources. Basic, just questions about resume, experience, former jobs etc. Motivation or difficult questions weren't asked. Thereafter interview with business unit head same week, no technical question asked, more or less the same as HR. Good explanation about the job, responsibilities and the benefits offered.
