HR screening interview followed up with a panel interview of assessing technical skills. Overall experience was good as the HR was really helpful and the panel interviewer as well.

The interview process is good, the questions were mostly about whether we fit the team best or not. the technical expertise was not considered much. it was a face to face interview, they could have arranged for a call. For someone who is new in czech republic, the questionnaire would be a bit difficult to understand as most of it was not related to the subject.
