Behavioral Interview with an ELDP member followed by a phone interview with the current manager of ELDPs in EM, DF, and PID. The second interview was more about why one wanted to be in the program and how that would fit into a career path.

Entretien
Introductory/behavioral first round interview, in person with a former ELDP a few days after a career fair. Second round on the phone with ELDP intern program manager. Both interviews were positive experiences. Nothing particularly technical aside from describing some projects I've worked on.

Entretien
I met the team at a career fair. I then had a couple of phone interviews with different hiring managers. I then had a one on one interview. After this I was given an offer.
