Process was lengthy and tough with lot of questions on technical competence and mental strength. The technical questions were asked by the group head and then the mental toughness questions were asked by the HR. It was one full day of activity and group discussions.

Process started with phone screening by recruiter. Then in office interview with hiring manager. Second interview a few weeks later with hiring manager as well as sales and operations managers.

Met with 3 local managers. The process is always different. Now it is a lot more formal of a process with different levels and HR as well as recruiters. They do all contracted HR for that
