The initial interview process was confusing and cumbersome. Multiple employees from their recruiting department reached out with different questions and interview times, often with conflicting messages. When I was contacted to do the initial interview, I was asked to provide days/times that would work. Nearly a week went by without a response and then I was contacted late in the afternoon to report to their office the very next morning. I was thankful my availability hadn't changed in the week it took for them to respond.
