The expectations for this role did not match the salary offered. I was told that they wanted an “entrepreneur like” person comfortable working “long hours” and going above and beyond the role. It is evident that WLB is not a priority here.

Felt fair, kind, and straightforward. Wasn't too tricky or different from past interviews of this kind. Wish I had asked more about the specific projects for the office rather than the larger company.
