Application I applied through consultancy The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at sicon Interview I was mostly contacted by a third party up until my interview. My manager was very nice and made the interview very comfortable. I was nervous at first but they just wanted to see if I was able to fit in well with the group that I was working with.

Recruiter scheduled my interview and I got positive feedback. Later they scheduled my client interview, but client delayed in giving feedback so they told me that you will have one more round of interview. But a day before the second round of interview they told you have cleared client interview and there is not need of second round of interview. Hence, it is clear that the process totally depends on client. There is no value of interview taken by Sicon Managers. If you have cleared client interview they will simply dump you to some client.
