I an working with this company from last 5 yrs. Initially started working as s/w developer then switched to S/w Tester , got married & then again joined the same company with sales & marking profile. from very beginning I wanted to work as business Analyst or Business Developer. To get the complete hold on this profile I had chose this path way, which is most help & learning experience of my life. My interviewer ware very familiar to me , so didn't find any difficulty in interview or the hiring process.
