The interview process went smoothly. There were some issues related to salary due to which things didnt go ahead. Overall it was professional. The imterviewer was honest about the job role and requirements of the role.

I was asked about my previous work experience, work description etc. I was also asked whether I would be willing to travel to Delhi for a 2 week induction program.I described in detail my previous work experience. I was also open to traveling and training with them. The pay was very low. On requesting a higher salary, I was age-shamed and told by the owner that "There are younger women waiting for this opportunity"
