I was contacted by a recruiter. There was an initial phone screening. Then there was second interview by phone with the director of project management. Was then contacted and told that a onsite interviewed was to be scheduled. No contact after that.

I interviewed with multiple people in my first and second rounds (including hiring manager). I completed a homework assignment (free work). I came back in for another round with more people, and then I was ghosted. They had “no feedback or updates” but kept promoting and reposting the position FOR MONTHS!! Showtime will waste your time because they don’t know what they want/need and aren’t decent enough to tell you simple/basic feedback like “you’re talented but not the right fit”.
