Troublesome and time-consuming. Candidates are required to sit for 2 hours+ exams, submit lots of documents, and go through many rounds of interviews to get the opportunity. It's not worth of time and effort.

-CV Screening: very fast
-Assessment: GMAT format
-HR Interview: basic questions about yourself
-Case Interview: business acumen
-Final interview: technical + behavioral questions to see if you are a fit in terms of mindset and skillset
Went through an OA then an interview with HR. Overall a smooth experience, the OA was not too hard and the interview was friendly and nice throughout. The process should be quite transparent on their website.
