Entretien
The process consisted of one exam (about english and excel proficiency) and three interviews (with recruiter, manager, and senior manager).
The whole process took 1 month and was relatively seamless. The interviews are professional and not intimidating. They were also never late. However, similar questions are asked all throughout the interviews. Also, the recruiter keeps making minor mistakes when sending me an email either misspelled name or incorrect job update. But overall, satisfactory.
HR reaches out for interview schedules and you get around 2-3 interviews. The interviewers are either leads or managers of the teams and they really focus on your understanding of the role. They also ask situational questions for easy scenarios and scenarios where you have to think beyond the box.
The interview was a three-stage process. These levels test one's personality, which consists of personal and situational questions. The flow would depend on one's interviewer. All the interviewee needs to do is know the position he/she is applying for and be confident in his/her skills and credentials.
