No news at all after applied for a month. Then commented on LinkedIn to try my luck, finally got a response not long after. HR sent out an email and said that my profile matched with the role, asked to set up for a screening call. During the screening call only I know that they actually looking to place me for another role. Which I'm totally cool with that and expressed my interests as well. At the end informed me that the next step is to interview with the hiring manager if got selected. HR sent me a rejection email 2 days later. Till today I still wondered what was wrong during that HR screening call. With only checking my background and all. This is the first time ever I never get passed a screening call! I can accept rejection after a proper interview, but after just a screen call? KINDA GLAD THAT I NEVER GET ANY JOB OFFER THERE.
