I interviewed at the Dallas office on 1/17. I reached back out to follow-up post interview on 1/25. I was told that the person I interviewed with (VP of Operations) was out of office and no decision had been made on next steps and that they will follow-up with me the following week. I followed up again on 2/8 after not getting the promised follow-up. *crickets* There has been radio silence since then. Common courtesy should be to at least follow-up with applicants and/or interviewees (especially after driving to the office for an in-person interview).
