Entretien
The interview process at Shofur is a long one with several stages. At first there is an interview over the phone. Then applicants are asked to come in person and interview. Afterwards a skill test is given and based on the there is a final interview process on the panel. If all staff approves you read non disclosure and other terms on the agreements and then negotiate pay.

Entretien
The process of being interviewed was a fairly easy process. I was called in for an interview. We talked about what I was interested in and where I saw myself in the next couple of years. We talked about my experience and my weaknesses.
