The interview is taken in three processes here at Shivaansh Technology. 1) HR, 2) The Team Leader, 3) The Manager. First interview is taken by the HR which goes around 10 to 15 minutes then in second round, the interview is taken by the TL of that particular field in which one is going to work and the final third interview is taken by the Manage of that particular field. After the completion of all the three rounds, one is selected.
