The interview process was unpleasant. Several people were very personable and several people had limited people skills. Some of them asked questions that were just odd for an interview to the point that it made me uncomfortable thinking that some of these people may be future workers. What's even worse is that apparently after the interview, the manager noted that there were some internal issues about whether the position was even necessary. And they only noted that once you get through three rounds of interviews. I wish they were upfront about all of that so that it saves everyone time. It also reflects really poorly on the company.
