I am reposting the description of a mistakenly described experience. I applied for the position of IT Project Manager in Paris. The interview process was extremely long (in terms of stages), especially considering the position. Different people along the process describe contradictory things, especially concerning the job conditions. The process is chaotic – the key skill, i.e. German fluency is verified at the last stage. The recruiter openly admits that one may never get a full work agreement, just be opened never-ending probation periods and that my experience may not be considered fully worth it because it comes from other countries.
