Interview Experience – Smooth and Structured Process
I got a call from the recruiter 2–3 days after applying. The first round was a 30-minute screening call where we discussed my background and role expectations.
Next was a one-hour technical interview with the hiring manager, focusing on my previous experience, how I handled conflicting priorities, and project decisions.
The second round was a system design round, where I was asked to design a poker-like card game and implement the logic and classes for it.
This was followed by a problem-solving round with questions similar to "maximum profit in stock trading" along with follow-ups exploring different variations.
Finally, there was a behavioral round with the director, where we discussed my previous projects, team collaboration, and overall approach to challenges.
Overall, the process was quick, transparent, and well-coordinated.
