I went through a screening interview with the hr department and a second interview with one of the managers, The final step would have been a third interview however I didn’t make it that far.

The interview process was a phone screen with HR followed by an interview with the hiring manager and then one with the CRO. The interview with the HR rep was thorough and well organized. However the interview with the Hiring Manager, left me with the feeling that he wasn’t sure what he was actually looking for in a Demand Generation Manager. I got the sense that the company doesn’t have an understanding of what demand Gen is and what is required for that department to grow and see success. The interview with the CRO was great, they spent lots of time getting to know me to see if there were any concerns from a culture fit perspective. She kept most of her questions related to the tie between demand generation activities and business outcomes.
