The process was really easy. I spoke with a recruiter and then spoke with two people at the company. They really listened to my answers and cared about what I had to say about talent management and it was refreshing

Applied via their careers section on their website. Heard from a recruited approximately a month later and advanced to the interview process with the managing team. Was told I would hear back by the end of the week. I followed up with them, but was ultimately ghosted.
