After applying, I almost immediately got an email with a link to complete a Hirevue. The questions were very generic, behavioral questions. The interview was very quick, you have a few minutes to answer each question and you're able to retake your video for each question up to three times.

To my understanding, a different process than usual. The district manager came in and interviewed me instead of the typical management reps, but they were also present. Come in confident in your abilities and don't be too nervous... especially if you don't interview very often. Just had a simple conversation with the district manager. They really are looking for someone who can provide a fresh outside perspective. Do come prepared with questions to ask about the program, the company, or what is expected of you.

Initial get to know you call, video interview, final behavioral. I did not enjoy the video interview as I feel you can't fully get to know a person through that.
