Sat down with a hiring manager in the location's office. There, I answered a few questions, and was offered (pending background check) a position immediately afterwards. As this was to be my first time working in retail, the interviewer looked at my past experience and asked questions tailored to my past.

Hire Vue interview easy. Once you fill out the application, in the same day you get the link you have 7 days to complete it. I passed my virtual interview moving on to the phone interview

They interview everyone who applies but the manager doing the interview will act disinterested immediately and barely show you around if he doesn't click with you. The job itself seemed simple and something that changes day to day.
