Three-stage process. The first interview was via Microsoft Teams, then the second phase was with the training store manager I would be positioned at, and the final interview was with the City Manager.

Started with a phone interview after the application submission. Then the in store interview was scheduled. You're told to print out questions to ask the interviewer. Left on read and ghosted by recruiter after interview. Unprofessional.
