Interview process went well! Manager was direct and asked specific questions (e.g., “Why Sherwin Williams? Are you trainable?”. My only issue was the distance from my home to the store. He also gave specific examples of scheduling and the likelihood of actually having a life and being gainfully employed with Sherwin Williams.

Interview was performed after the initial call, a week after my application was submitted. The interview was performed in the company's office with basic interview questions. I only met with the manager and assistant manager as available between customers.

2 calls and one face to face. Quick process. Moved along. Positive experience. Will need to come prepared as they will ask you in depth regarding past expieirnces. I would reccomend in future. Thank you for a great time.
Customer service questions mostly. I would recommend still coming in and looking nice and being prepared for behavioral based answers. It was very relaxed and easy to talk during the interview.
