Phone interview. Asked standard questions. Interviewer was late to make the phone call. Overall the interview was nice and very high energy. She started with telling me her history with the company.

Met the manager at a career fair. He liked my background even though I had no sales experience. He invited me for a 30 minute interview and he asked me questions about my background and gave me a strong feel about how the business works. Very simple and straightforward
