I applied online in February. The process took 5+ months. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams in July 2020. It took four months after I applied to get an email to schedule a first interview over the phone. A after a month I had a store visit with a store manger that went very well visit. I was told to follow up with the recruiter, then she told me that I passed and will call me later to schedule me for a third interview with the district manger. That was in July. It has been a month and I have heard back from the recruiter. I sent her an email but regarding my third interview since she said that I did well in my second interview and will contact me for the final interview. However, I got no response after 5+ months waiting patiently for this position. The recruiter should have at least sent an email to let me know what happened regarding my third interview and not making me wait too long. I am very disappointed, I was very hopeful with interview process. I am so curious to know what happened they made me wait 5+ months and at the end they could not even keep me informed.
